01 Introduction & Applicability
Game Stake (referred to hereinafter as "game stake", "we", or "the platform") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of game stake's services.
By opening an account, using the platform, or accessing any service on game stake, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
02 Eligibility & Account Registration Rules
To open an account and use game stake's services, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 18 years old. game stake does not provide any services to minors.
- Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, they may be closed and the balances forfeited.
- All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited.
- Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
- Game stake may not be used from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
Account Security
The security of your account is primarily your own responsibility. If you notice any unrecognized activity on your account, contact game stake support immediately. Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
No game stake staff member will ever ask for your password, OTP, or PIN. If anyone requests this information, it is a scam.
03 Identity Verification (KYC)
Game stake follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to maintain a safe environment and prevent financial fraud on the platform.
When KYC Is Required
- KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- In certain cases, game stake may carry out verification on its own initiative — particularly for large transactions.
- Verification may be requested if suspicious activity is detected on an account.
Required Documents
- National ID Card (NID) – clear photos of both the front and back.
- Passport (accepted as an alternative if NID is unavailable).
- A selfie holding your NID may be required in certain cases.
Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of KYC submission. If your documents are rejected, you will be informed of the reason and given the opportunity to resubmit.
04 Betting Rules
Game stake has specific betting rules that all members must follow. These rules are in place to ensure fair play for everyone.
Bet Acceptance
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless game stake itself initiates the cancellation.
- Game stake reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- Once an event has started, live betting markets are available subject to specific rules.
- Placing contradictory bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
Reasons for Bet Cancellation
Game stake may void a bet and refund the original stake amount in the following circumstances:
- If an event takes place more than 24 hours after its scheduled time.
- If an event is cancelled or suspended and not rescheduled.
- If a bet is placed based on incorrect information due to a technical error.
- If the relevant governing authority officially declares the match cancelled.
05 Payment & Transaction Rules
Game stake's deposit and withdrawal rules apply equally to all members. Following these guidelines ensures your transactions are processed without any issues.
Deposit Rules
- Deposits must be made only in your own name and from your own registered mobile number.
- Payments from third parties will not be accepted, and any such deposits will be returned.
- If the transaction ID is not submitted after a deposit, your balance will not be updated.

Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a registered mobile number or bank account.
- Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
- If bonus wagering requirements are not met, only the original deposited amount may be withdrawn.
- Game stake may request additional verification for unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours; however, bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
Game stake complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. If unusual transaction patterns are detected, an account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses come with wagering requirements, meaning you must place a certain amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with 10x wagering means you need to wager ৳10,000 in total.
- Each offer has a set timeframe to meet the wagering requirement — the bonus will be forfeited if the requirement is not completed within that period.
- Some games or betting markets may contribute partially or not at all toward wagering requirements.
- Special rules apply when holding multiple active bonuses at the same time.
- After claiming a bonus, your real money balance and bonus balance will be displayed separately on the dashboard.
Reasons for Bonus Cancellation
- Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts.

- If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

07 Responsible Gaming Policy

- Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
- Time-Out: It is possible to temporarily suspend your account for a set period (7 days, 30 days, or 90 days).
- Self-Exclusion: Activating long-term self-exclusion will deactivate your account either permanently or for a set period.
- Reality Check: You will be reminded at regular intervals of how long you have been playing.

08 Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the following activities may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Opening an account using another person's identity.
- Bonus arbitrage or any abuse of the bonus system.
- Placing bets on match-fixing or predetermined outcomes.
- Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
- Placing bets using bots or automated software.
- Conducting transactions or placing bets on behalf of other members.
- Any attempt to carry out a cyberattack on game stake's systems or security.
Game stake reserves the right to take legal action against members involved in prohibited activities. Winnings from such bets will be forfeited, and relevant information may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
09 Account Suspension & Closure
Game stake may suspend or close an account without notice under the following circumstances:
- If clear evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
- If false information is found during KYC verification.
- If suspicious financial activity is detected.
- If the information provided at registration is proven to be false.
If your account is closed in error or appears suspended without clear reason, you may appeal to support. game stake will review the matter fairly before making a decision.
Member's Right to Close Their Own Account
Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining valid balance will be made available for withdrawal.
10 Changes to Terms & Other Matters
Game stake reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given via registered email or an on-platform notification.
Dispute Resolution
For any dispute or complaint, please contact support first. game stake will endeavor to respond within 5 business days. If the matter remains unresolved, mediation may be pursued.
Limitation of Liability
Game stake services are provided on an "as is" basis. game stake is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, internet disruption, or other circumstances beyond its control.
